Affiliate program terms

Alpha Ledger pays 30% recurring commission for twelve months on every paying subscriber you refer. These are the rules.
1. Commission
30% of the net subscription revenue from each referred customer, for twelve months from their first payment. Net means after refunds, chargebacks and payment processing fees.
Commission accrues when payment clears, not when the customer signs up.
2. Attribution
Referrals are tracked with a first-party cookie lasting 60 days, and by the referral code on the sign-up if one was used.
Where two affiliates could claim the same customer, the most recent click wins.
You cannot refer yourself, your own additional accounts, or people you control.
3. Payouts
Payouts are made monthly once the balance reaches USD 100, by bank transfer or PayPal, after a 30-day holding period that covers the refund window.
You are responsible for any tax on your commission.
4. What you must not do
- bid on "Alpha Ledger" or close variants in paid search
- use our name or logo in a way that implies you are us, or register domains containing our name
- send unsolicited email, or post your link as spam
- promise results, guarantee profits, or present Alpha Ledger as financial advice
- offer unauthorised discounts, or create coupon or voucher pages for codes that do not exist
- use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any other form of misattribution
5. Honesty
Disclose that your link is an affiliate link. This is required by the FTC in the United States, the ACCC in Australia and the ASA in the United Kingdom, and it is simply the right thing to do.
Do not fabricate results or testimonials. If you have not used Alpha Ledger, do not say you have.
6. Ending it
Either side can end the arrangement at any time. Commission already accrued is still paid, unless the referrals were fraudulent.
Breaching these terms forfeits unpaid commission and closes the account.
